Shipping Policy

• General Orders are normally shipped out within 3-5 days of receipt, Monday-Friday.
• Listed Shipping & Handling charges are valid only for customers in the continental U.S.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.
• Additional charges apply for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Possessions.
• Please note that for expedited delivery services, Day 1 is counted from the first business day after the pick-up.
• Additional charges apply for expedited shipments.
• Prices subject to change without notice.
• International Orders: Most international orders will be shipped via UPS Worldwide Express.

Return Policy

• ThinkWorks offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. If you are unhappy for any reason with one of our products you may return it within 30 days for a full refund (excluding shipping charges), providing the item is returned in its original packaging with all contents intact. To receive a refund, you must include your name, address and phone number.
• Defective items may be returned for exchange or refund within 90 days. Please include a note explaining why the item is defective and include your name, address and phone number.
• All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number from ThinkWorks, LLC. by calling Toll Free: (866) 715-3789 in order to receive a refund or credit.
